We process orders within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Standard delivery within the US takes 3-5 business days, while international orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your delivery status.

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from receipt to request a return. Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Contact us at info@vyntiq.com to start a return. We do not accept returns without prior authorization.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately of any issues. Certain items like perishables and custom orders cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges: Return the item and place a new order.

For EU orders, a 14-day cooling-off period applies.

We understand that women’s bodies come in all different shapes and sizes - it’s part of what makes us all unique.

That’s why we’ve put together a list of ‘fit tips’ to work alongside our size guide and provide extra guidance - beyond just numbers and letters.

Before You Buy:

• Always take your body’s measurements before making a purchase. Further guidance on how to do this can be found below.
• If your waist measurement is one size smaller than your hip measurement, opt for the bigger size. For example, if your waist measures size S, but your hips measure size M, choose a size M.
• If your waist measurement is two sizes smaller than your hip measurement, choose the size in between. For example, if your waist measures size S, but your hips measure size L, select a size M.
• Our styles run true to size. Some styles are designed with greater stretch or a relaxed or oversized fit, so check product descriptions for specific fit details.
• We use a diverse collection of models to showcase our products on different body types. Refer to product descriptions for the size and height of each model.

Between Sizes?

• If your measurements fall between sizes listed in our size guide, choose the next size up.
• For a more compressive, second-skin fit, you might prefer a smaller size. For greater flexibility, go for the next size up.
