Return Policy
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return
- To start a return, contact us at info@vyntiq.com. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@vyntiq.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Refunds
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund was approved.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@vyntiq.com.
Order Processing Times
- Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed before shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days for domestic orders.
- International Delivery: 7-10 business days, depending on the destination country.
- Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your package through our website or the carrier's website.
Shipping Carriers
- We use a variety of carriers to provide the best service for our customers.
- The carrier for your shipment will be determined based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your package.
International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the destination.
- Please note that additional customs and import duties may apply and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- VYNTIQ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Stolen Packages
- VYNTIQ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier for further assistance.
Address Changes
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@vyntiq.com.
- We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed.
